Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of Services

This policy applies to all services offered by DBS Media Tech, including but not limited to:

Digital Marketing Services (Performance Marketing, Social Media, SEO)
Website & Software Development
Branding & Creative Services
Consulting & Strategy Services
2. Cancellation Policy

a. Before Project Initiation:

Clients may request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment, provided the project has not been initiated.
Eligible cancellations may receive a partial or full refund, after deduction of applicable transaction or processing fees.

b. After Project Initiation:

Once the project has commenced (including research, planning, design, or development work), cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Any work already completed will be charged proportionately, and only the remaining amount (if any) may be refunded.

c. Subscription-Based Services (if applicable):

Monthly or recurring services can be cancelled by providing a minimum 7-day prior notice before the next billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once the service has started.
3. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Duplicate payment made by the client
Payment made but service not initiated
Inability of DBS Media Tech to deliver the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances

b. Non-Refundable Cases:
Refunds will not be applicable in the following scenarios:

Change of mind after project initiation
Delays caused by lack of communication, approvals, or materials from the client
Services that have already been delivered or completed
Digital marketing campaigns where ad spend has already been utilized

c. Partial Refunds:

In cases where partial work has been completed, refunds (if applicable) will be issued after deducting:
Work completed cost
Third-party expenses (ads, tools, subscriptions, etc.)
Payment gateway or transaction charges
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
The refund will be credited via the original payment method used through Zoho Payments or bank transfer
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback
Any fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may lead to service suspension and legal action
6. Modifications to Policy

DBS Media Tech reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are advised to review this page periodically.
